I am overwhelmed with gratitude to the staff at Avantara Aurora for the wonderful care you gave my brother while he was with you. He always had great things to say about the staff and I could tell that he was in good hands, which put me at ease. Avantara Aurora is an excellent facility with an exceptional staff! Leah (RN) and Dina (RN) are marvelous. They’re both effective communicators and active listeners who strive to make the residents feel comfortable and heard. William (CNA) is also amazing. His positive attitude shines through every time we meet. He has been an enormous help to my mother, and I’m sure he makes every resident feel they matter! I’m truly grateful to Avantara for taking great care of my mother!

Thanks to everyone at Avantara Aurora who helped me recover and made me well enough to go home. This includes Jason from social/guest services, the dietary team who made amazing food, and the CNAs Priscilla, Kathy, Delores, William, and Altice. I also want to thank Dalal (DON) and therapy staff including Sara, Nancy, Angel, and Kristen. I can’t express enough gratitude for this caring staff. If I ever need a post-acute facility, I will definitely return to Avantara Aurora!

When we visited her, we noticed how she always lit up when a staff member entered the room. It was apparent to us that she felt safe and loved. We never worried about her while she was in your care.
